What you can expect
Here’s a quick overview of how our hiring process works:
- Send us your resume. We’ll review your skills and see if you’re a good fit for the types of jobs we fill.
- We’ll schedule telephone and face-to-face interviews. Our goal is to understand your career goals, the geographic areas where you want to work, your salary requirements and your interests.
- We’ll check your references. As a service to our clients, we verify the skills and experience of all our candidates.
- We’ll market you to the right employers. Once we really understand what you want, we’ll proactively and confidentially present your information to employers that best match your skills and interests.
- We’ll present you with job opportunities. As possible positions become available, we’ll present you with an overview of the opportunities, and, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, we’ll introduce you to the employers.
