1. How much will it cost my company?
The cost to you will vary based on several factors including the cost of the employee (salary or hourly wage), workers compensation costs and lead-time for our staffing managers. That being said, Ryzen Solutions is committed to providing great technical employees to your company at a competitive price.

4. What kind of background checks do you provide?
We have some clients that request a drug screen, criminal background check or thorough reference checks. Ryzen can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you may have for background or security purposes. These can be coordinated through our office or you may decide to do them yourself through your usual service providers.
5. What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Ryzen Solutions?
We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working at a given company. For contract employees, Ryzen will find a suitable replacement in a timely manner. For contract-to-hire employees, Ryzen will replace any employee if you are not completely satisfied. We also offer direct placement services, and guarantees will vary based on the agreement with each client.
